Howdy, Folks!
Actually - a girlfriend is more expensive than The Hobby, when you factor in your time as well as money spent.
Hobbying is far more cost effective.
hard3002,
many moons ago, I wrote a piece entitled, "Hobbying on a Budget." It was posted on the late, lamented ASPD.
ASPD is gone, however - the article was preserved HERE and is available for your reading pleasure.
My advice - get creative; you'll surprise yourself.
To everyone - Happy Hobbying!

That's awesome. I think the Winnebango idea in that thread has merit .... as for storage, when you roll down the garage door with a bang, I would think most providers would have their trigger fingers on the mace.

Let's see, I have a "honey do" list that never ends. Do you: repair cars, rent houses, know about investments (scratch that last one, if you do know investments but still need hobbying on a budget, I doubt your advice is sound), have a connection on dirt, gravel, or crushed granite? Do you like to mow and weed eat? How are you will repairing drywall? A you a writer? A videographer? A tax attorney? Do you have a business that girls could use for a cover job? Think outside the box and you will find it all in the hobby.

I'm sorry babe, this is a huge misconception. But we still appreciate the thought.

Since I demand that my appointment sport a full set of teeth, I don't pay much attention to the forum... but you could check out the "Other Reviews/Discussions" forum for additional budget minded options ?

If your really low budget, 6th street at around 2am is pretty target rich and they're already lubricated. Taco bell is like taking them to Ruths Chris at that point

Since she can't elaborate..
She was talking about bartering services. If you're a carpenter, technician, etc... and some providers need your services, they might be willing to trade. This does get you into a bit of shaky ground with some providers though... Instead of reaching out to one and asking if she needs xxx done, you might post in ISO letting people know that you don't have the funds but are willing to offer <list of things you can do> for a session. Then again, this isn't much different from posting those same services on Craigslist for some cash, then just paying for a session with that money.

Howdy, Folks!
I call bullshit.
1. Go back and re-read this thread; NO WHERE did hard3002 say he ***needed*** to hobby on a budget:

He asked if it was ****possible****.
Sure - practically anything's possible.
2. I wrote my referenced thread in 2003. In 2003 I bought a shitload of Apple Stock at around $20 a share, so don't even begin to assume that just because someone is interested in Budget-Styled Hobbying means their financial advice is unsound.
There are other reasons for budget-style Hobbying besides "need."
To date, I *still* have not received recent, accurate, non-photoshopped full frontal nude pics of any of the ladies with no draping of any kind.
Good luck in your Best Personal Hobbying Value Search™, hard3002.
