Hey,

I love all the local hosts on the dfw area sports radio ie Randy Galloway, Ben and Skin, but am I the only one that thinks Colin Cowherd sucks? The Arrogance and ignorance. His voice is so annoying.

The only one I care to hear on the local ESPN radio is Cooperstein especially during basketball games. That man is very knowledgeable and is a fan who found his dream job of announcing games.

Couldn't agree with you more. I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. I still catch myself listening and I finally figured out why. It's like the Howard Stern attraction/affliction. 50% of his listeners love him and 50% hate him, all for the same reason, they want to see what he will say next. That's how it is with me listening to Cowherd, I want to see what stupid asinine thing he will say next.

I'm getting the same way with Ben and Skin. Their new found arrogance is getting on my nerves as well. They are full of themselves with their close association to the Mavs.

CC is an overrated blow-hard who thinks he knows all, that's why he does what he does. Its why I was a radio talker for many years and why I coach now...b/c deep down I still know it all! HA. Just kidding. Some jobs are just ego driven and without the ego it is impossible to be successful. Now, on to thoughts of blowing and hardness!

Agree on B&S, they are borderline unlistenable now. Much more likable as scrappy hometown hosts than smug Mavs homers. They seem to confuse covering local sports for actually winning a championship themselves. And they've somehow managed to remain whiny...while being smug.

Those guys are just good at what they do. Not pure sports, just guys talking and being guys. And they have a token brotha too, sort of like we have Rambro Creed. Actually my theory is Rambro Creed IS Donavan.
