Hopefully we’re all here out of a common interest, a common bond if you will. Seriously? It kinda baffles the Hell out of me that people are talking about politics (with polls for crying out loud?!?!) on an escort board?? But ok, whatever. And then it totally gets out of hand?? Really??

Remember, it takes all kinds to make this world go around. As long as no one is getting hurt (unless they want to get hurt) then let them have at it and enjoy. Not asking everyone to be friends, but please be respectful of each other and our differences. How boring would it be if every post was “Yeah, me too…”???

This place is supposed to be fun, right?? The only thing more fun than talking about "the old voh-de-oh-doh" is actually doing it!!! Hell, we're all theoretically getting laid here, so why so angry???

Always a risk, mods could see your IP address, if you visit a providers site they also have that ability. factor in 29.99 on a credit check and how truly anonymous can any of us feel? I temper with the fact that I am a small fish in a big pond so the odds are on my side that I won't be 'outted'. But this post seems blown out of proportion. this started in another post, that was moderated and commented by said moderators that they take seriously and I'm sure they did whatever they thought appropriate.

The original poster of that gem of an 'outting' quote edited his post, hopefully after having rightfully second thoughts about how dangerous and shitty such talk was, but got quoted for posterity by another hobbiest. Now that post is closed, this one open and all on the same muddy road leading towards the inevitable lock imo.

As a network security dude, I could find out about damn near anyone... but I just don't particularly care who the fuck any of you are

Snoop, I was quite content on being on the sidelines (which I will be doing) AFTER returning from my ban but this had to be brought up. Quoted for truth. In my time in the hobby I've seen so many people (hobbyists and providers both) not take even the most basic precautions towards anonymity. I've seen real names on emails, hell, I've even seen people emailing from their work address. Makes me feel like some kind of and I've let my identity slip a time or two accidentally (mostly thanks to Google loving to tie accounts together without telling you).
