They can already comment on them in the Co-Ed Forum after a WK lets them read the ROS sections, or anything elase in the premium access territory.

So, under the new system, if adopted, the only people NOT allowed access to ROS would be those males w/o premium access?

Not that it means a whole lot to me, but does it seem fair?

We all know that providers can read the reviews by simply paying for PA already. So if they can already read them, then what are we discussing this for? They can pay just like other people do...

on both sides of argument. it is about provider but its also about sharing thoughts good and bad with other guys who use info to make decisions. i have seen glowing reviews with yes recommendations that may have said something like gorgous but a few too many tattoos or beautiful woman but shows a little mileage. if providers see this their opinion of the gentleman who may wish to repeat could be a bit tarnished and to those who decide on those considerations if a guy did not include for fear of offending a lady he likes that guy may be disappointed. whatever the board decides is ok because i see many good points and potential problems with either end, and believe me its hard to get an issue i stay on the fence about
