They're basically relying on a new sucker for each appointment. Once one guy sees she's full of shit, he's not going to go back. She's then hoping and praying that he's not on a review board such as this (if she's aware of such...many times they're not). The advent of repeat clients just doesn't register with them. I think some of them are watching too many of these shows on TV. I saw one a while back about a provider turned Christian or whatever.
