So I've been here a few years and have yet to find a nice place to wind down. What is your go-to spot? I love spending a lot of time in Shreveport, but I need a change of scenery.

Yeah...

There's not much of unwinding in the I20 Piney Woods Corridor. I moved away twenty years ago to find more excitement.

20 years ago was a much different economy. I'm too comfortable not having a mortgage. I do have an amazing view of the lake. I'll have to keep searching. Whiskey J's and Shreveport have been my routine. I might look over in Tyler.

If you like the lake I understand I was on the lake as of 5 years old even went to university in the lakes area. I now Iive within 3 miles of a lake. Sulphur Springs has many activities and an untaped source of talent to keep someone happy. I30 is close to north Dallas great food and not rush or crowed fun. look it over close to but not in Dallas fun for all. let me know if want to share. Lots of info on the modern world.
