The 41-year-old woman was fatally stabbed multiple times in the neck and upper body at a bus stop on Richmond Highway. The suspect, Abdul Jalloh, a Sierra Leonean national illegally present in the U.S. with over 30 prior arrests (including violent crimes), was charged with murder. ICE issued a detainer; Fairfax County has a noted history of not honoring such requests in some cases.

Unnamed mother (April 3, 2026, Fort Myers, Florida):
A mother was bludgeoned to death in broad daylight outside a gas station when the suspect, Rolbert Joachin, a Haitian illegal alien, allegedly smashed her car windshield and repeatedly struck her in the head with a hammer. Surveillance footage captured the attack. ICE assisted local police in the arrest and highlighted the case as another preventable tragedy involving a criminal illegal alien.

Ava Moore (May 25, 2025, Grapevine, Texas):
The 18-year-old U.S. Air Force Academy cadet was killed when a jet ski recklessly operated near the shoreline at Oak Grove Park struck her kayak. The suspect, Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez-Gonzalez, a Venezuelan national who entered illegally and was released on an order of recognizance, allegedly fled the scene. Another Venezuelan illegal alien reportedly aided the getaway by striking vehicles. ICE confirmed their immigration status.

Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy victim (March 29, 2026, Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia):
A person was allegedly stabbed to death inside their home. The suspect, Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy, a Guatemalan national illegally in the U.S., was arrested and charged. This was one of multiple murder cases in Fairfax County in early 2026 where illegal immigrants were identified as suspects (reportedly 75% of murder suspects in the county that period). ICE lodged a detainer.

Skylar Provenza and Fletcher Harris (January 16, 2026? — reported in context of early 2026/2025 cases, Rowan County, North Carolina):
The 19-year-old and 20-year-old were killed in a head-on drunk-driving crash. The suspect, Juan Alvarado Aguilar, a Mexican national illegally present, was allegedly involved. This fits patterns of vehicular homicides by repeat offenders noted in DHS and FAIR compilations of serious crimes by illegal aliens.

ICE is federal law enforcement agency enforcing congressionally passed immigration laws: detaining and removing people here illegally, plus investigating border crimes (trafficking, drugs, etc.).
• It operates under courts, warrants, due process, and congressional oversight—not extrajudicial purges.
• No one-party rule, no banned parties, no suspended Constitution.
• Every country has border enforcement; this is routine sovereignty, not Mussolini-style totalitarianism.

Calling standard policing “fascism” cheapens the word. Real fascism destroyed democracy. ICE works inside it.

Fascism is a word used to devalue ICE and incorrectly used at that.

ICE is symptom of the root cause.

So the Trump administration isn’t fascist because they aren’t fascist enough? The Trump administration is certainly fascist lite. And I suspect that the longer they stay in power the more fascist they will become.

ICE and the Border Patrol may work inside the system but so did the SS in Nazi Germany. Not a good argument to make.
