I say that she is very likely to be Jovan.
I snipped a photo from one of her old ads on EM and compared it with her current photo. Eyes, jawlines, ear looks very close.
I decided not to show the comparison photos here since I am not sure about the copyright issues regarding cutting and pasting of the photos but here is the link to her EM ad.

Yeah it's her. I had seen her half a dozen times nearly a decade ago. There was a window of time where she was fun. She acts like she's hiding now, she's been arrested so probably trying to lie low. I think she's homeless now with her sister since they're not at the house anymore on Wyoming. She's a strange one, had a real life with a husband and kids once and threw it all away. She was gorgeous at one point, now I'm surprised she's still alive, like many of them, I don't know how they keep going.
