All these dirty COPS FROM THE SHERIFFS TO THE COURTS WAYS OF CONTROL HOBBYING IS A RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY JUST LIKE HOW HPD SAID ILLEGAL DRUGUSE AROUND MY NEWBORN SON WAS OKAY WELL GUESS WHAT THIS IS A HIT ON THE NOSE. Also get the fucking clowns out the way.

I think, not positive....she is saying the cops are using bait & switch advertising. She is pissed off at cops for making everyone paranoid.

Cops using bait n switch ?
They switch the lady with silver bracelets when you arrive.
Can also be considered catch n release, bad part is they release you after you catch a case.
Illegal drug use does make people paranoid so there is also some correlation there.

It's usually a female informan/cop but the posted picture doesn't match.
