Is that why "we" are threatening to "obliterate" their energy infrastructure and ability to provide fresh water for the population? Can you elaborate on how these actions are limited to "the intolerant ruling class" and not the general population?


I'd say it's quite the contrary, the ruling class will have the wealth and means to obtain energy sources and fresh water while the general population suffers. If you'd like an example, Gaza is a starting point. Russia, China, North Korea can provide additional examples if needed.

I said a while ago it was time to declare victory and limp home. That is exactly what Trump and Hegseth intend to do. I am not sure Nettie, however, will go along with that plan and I expect them to make some action that will tie the US's hands and require us to take even more action in Iran. Trump is now likely trapped and has no easy way out.
