The House Ethics Subcommittee just found that Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) committed wrongdoing in 25 out of 27 allegations against her.

She’s accused of stealing $5 million in FEMA disaster relief funds and illegally funneling it into her own campaign.
