Regular gas where I live is running like $3.75 a gallon.

Pay attention ND, I’ll break it down for you so that even you and other poorly educated trumplicans can understand.

Over 4 yrs ago got an EV.

Used to pay ~$160/month on gasoline.
EV cost me ~$30/month for home electricity with an installed Level 2 charger.
This $30/month of home electricity got me the same miles as if it were gas!
Net savings of ~$130/month x 12 = ~$1560/yr.
For 3 yrs electric rates were stable so ended up saving ~$4680 over 3 yrs with EV.

4th year was different. Felon 47 (AKA Pedophile-Protector) took over and slashed all Green programs, Windmill programs, Solar programs, etc, that had kept Electric rates lower for all of us, so rates went up. Big Oil, Coal and Gas paid off Felon 47 to do this to help him get elected.

So now with electric rates climbing I pay ~$44/month for electric, saving only ~$116/month instead of ~$130/month as done 3 yrs ago. But still better than paying ~$160/month for gas with my old ICE Vehicle.

4th yr net savings of ~$1392/yr + ~$4680 for first 3 yrs = ~$6072

When you add the costs on oil changes and anti-freeze NOT needed anymore savings run over $7200 that went into my pockets and not our Oil Cartels!

Hope this clears up yours and others utter befuddlement on this issue. They are a confused lot so easily fooled by Super Bullshit Artist, Felon 47, AKA Pedophile-Protector.
