More 'proof', aka disinformation, this time on Michigan
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jam...es-voter-rolls
Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., is sending a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi alongside Rep. John James, R-Mich
Quote:
Under Michigan law, individuals who apply for a driver’s license or state ID are automatically registered to vote unless they affirmatively decline," he and James wrote.
Not quite...once again, strategically not in the letter:
Automatic voter registration requires Secretary of State branch office staff to ensure that when Michigan citizens apply for or update their driver’s license or personal ID cards, they automatically are registered to vote if they are eligible and don’t want to be registered.

Reference to Macomb County
Quote:
"What we have found is very disturbing — 239 non-citizens were found in the jury pool over a four-month period. In a cross check of our voter rolls it appears that 14 of these prospective jurors were registered to vote at some point in time,"
"Our [Qualified Voter File] shows instances where some of these non-citizens potentially having a voting history. One in particular appears to have voted several times, all of which could result in felony charges."
Michigan jury pool: The Secretary of State provides a combined list of licensed drivers and state ID holders to courts. In some federal districts, voter registration lists are also used.

Macomb County MI registered voters 719,756
239 non-citizens IN JURY POOL would be 0.0332%
13 non-citizens on voting rolls would be 0.0019%

I'm sure it's only coincidence that Michigan is resisting Department of Justice (DOJ) suit for its voter information late last year.
Yes, I would say it's disturbing...Heads up Macomb County Michigan, Bondi just might be sending Kash and Tulsi your way.

A federal judge in Michigan who was appointed by President Donald Trump dealt his administration a blow Tuesday in an opinion that ruled the state did not have to turn over its voter rolls to the federal government.

.
MY prediction came true. And you didn't have to WAIT....

DOJ uses LIES to justify bogus investigation and illegal ballot seizure in Georgia

Sure enough, these lying cocksuckers used a referral from lying denier MAGA cocksucker Kurt Olsen.

"The FBI criminal investigation originated from a referral sent by Kurt Olsen...Mr. Olsen played a central role in Mr. Trump's attemtp to overturn the 2020 election, including speaking to the president multiple times on Jan 6, 2021. He has continued to push false claims about elections, and was recently appointed to a key role in the Trump administration...."

"Many of the claims in the affidavit refer to long-held - and consistently debunked - conspiracy theories about elections in Georgia...."

They built the case for this investigation and the seizure of these records on old LIES.

This is really bleak and desperate, MAGA.

You look REALLY FUCKING BAD for supporting these corrupt assholes and their agenda to destroy election integrity in this country.
