Blue envelope by encounter report

I have posted two reports recently. Both have a blue envelope with a broken down arrow next to the report. I have searched but cannot find what that symbolizes. My search skills are not the best, and I cannot find what they mean. Also the report from about a week ago has not received any response from a moderator.

Sir I checked your encounters and saw no issues and they were approved What encounter has this?

You can try and sign out of ECCIE and then sign back in to see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for responding. I did receive your “approval “ today for both reviews. The blue envelope is still by each of those reviews, though the broken arrow across envelope is now gone. Maybe the broken arrow was there as they had not yet been reviewed by you? Two encounter reports down from those is another by me that has a brown envelope.

I guess it is not a big deal if ever is ok, I was just curious and wondered if there was an issue.
