Today is the 40th anniversary of the Space Shuttle Challenger tragedy.

7 REAL Astronauts. 7 REAL American Heroes.

NOT that BULLSHIT Katy Perry Farce and Insult to All Astronauts.

NASA knew about it and did nothing!!

The management was over hauled afterward but a few years later the same management culture knew about it and also did nothing and the Space Shuttle Columbia burned off on re-entry, ending the Space Shuttle program.

Pray it's not the NASA management culture as the Artemis II launch is coming next week, carrying 4 astronauts to the moon, NASA first manned mission to the moon since 1972.

Maybe NASA need to get out of the space business.

SpaceX is doing it better and faster, more advanced, more cost efficient, than NASA is.

Great read. Thank you for posting. I remember watching in elementary school on a rolling cart tv in the library. One of those moments like 911 where the world just seemed to stop.

I was at work in the field and I didn't know about it until I returned to the office and everyone was sad.


9/11 I was also in the field and stopped by somewhere to get some refreshment and use the bathroom and they had a TV on showing the first tower has been hit.


At that time I thought it was a freak accident. I went on about my business and then found out later from my car radio about the second tower, the Pentagon, United 93.
