no one worth his salt-no pun intended sir-thinks Trump is a great president. he consistently ranks in the bottom 3 by nonpartisan, leading presidential historians. his time in office will be a stain on the history of the United States.

if you like his tax cuts, take those greenbacks and go invest in something that Trump's conduct won't depreciate; he has wrecked the U.S. dollar and the good faith and credit of these United States.

if you like his racism, autocracy, and xenophobia, none of which are good for America, then certainly i can understand supporting him.

if you like his deficits, then by all means, praise him.

if you approve of his self-dealing grifts, then give him props.

if you are proud of his felonies and efforts to overturn democracy, salute him.

if you love his climate denialism and hope we all cook to death, love him.

but he has the reverse Midas touch. he wrecks everything he touches.
