Interested in your Thoughts on STI and BBBJ?
Just interested on hearing others opinions (especially those in this type of community), regarding the risk of STId through bbbj.
I get the *general* sense that protection is obviously required for intercourse, but hit or miss for oral. I’m curious on the thought process. Is it because it’s much less likely to contract from the mouth?
Appreciate any insight you have to offer for my own journey

No medical insight on my opinion. CBJ does nothing for me. BBBJ does! I'll take the risk, , if there is indeed, any.

CFS keeps our kitty fresh. BBFS would create all kinds of PH issues in addition to the possibility of contracting STDs. There is a risk with BBJs, but I get checked regularly to take care of any issues that could come from BBJs.

As always its so nice to have providers who participate in these discussions and give us the ladies point of view. As a gent, I guess I'd never considered the PH issue (as it relates to BJ's) but most of us who have been in "the hobby" for a number of years have certainly come across a few ladies who did not have your understanding of PH balance, and it can be quite noticeable and a turnoff, just as "gentlemen" who don't handle their own hygiene appropriately. DAMN! I wish Houston was closer

I should have explained better. The BBBJ risk is STI. I was just commenting that BBFS would create PH issues, even if there were no STIs transmitted. Because BBBJ can also be a risk for STIs, I get tested regularly to ensure that I'm STI free. Hope that makes better sense. And I wish you were in Houston too.

All I know that if she’s giving cbj . I’m not booking. At a certain point as a consumer it’s not worth it to me.

I allies scared I will get bit off.. lease no matter how hard her vagina wall muscles squeeze it won't hurt you .. I have had bbfs regrets it after do std chances I clean still. But some providers fell it just faster and easier.

In the USA, I've never seen any city having a documented STI rate higher than 3% At one point, it was cited that the HIV in Botswana was over 25%, but this was not any time recent.
Even if someone has an infection, transmission rates are typically under 40% Depending on the type of sex, they can be under 5% Anal sex is usually the most risky. If there is an open lesion, they increase significantly. Which is one reason not to have sex with the lights off or avoid looking at your partner's genitals.
I've had almost 100 sexual partners now. I've had one positive test for gonorrhea. Ever heard of false negatives with Covid testing? I don't know if I had a false positive, but I do know I never had any symptoms of gonorrhea. I went through a course of treatment, and never did experience any symptoms.
All that being said, these kinds of risks are inconsequential to me. I'm far more worried about a life altering car crash caused by another driver, than I am heading to the doctor to get an antibiotic. Do the math...

These stats in the US is for the general population without the risk factors among hobbyists and there are so many issues eith comparing the stats between the worst of the worst from a few decades ago to current stats.
For this group, statisticalky, its way higher than reported and harder to track. If you want to take your chances, then statistically, with 100 partners, 3 of them gave you something but in real life, it doesn't work that way. The odds are not in your favor and over time, it gets worse if you partake in unsafe practices.
