Does anybody believe that in Minneapolis, these are the Food Stamp Businesses? There’s no Food, there’s no cleanliness, there’s no service, there’s no nothing, except FRAUD. Nope. one can't just 'call themselves a refugee'..one has to qualify per USCIS regulations and the SAVE program.
Prior to the OBBB, certain lawfully present aliens, as defined by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act (PRWORA)2 were eligible to receive SNAP benefits, provided they met all other SNAP eligibility requirements and completed a 5-year waiting period, unless
exempted by PRWORA.
BTW, OBBB exempted Cuban and Haitian entrants (maybe to reduce the incidence of them eating cats and dogs)
