Headline
Report: Minnesota’s Somali Fraudsters Paid for Lamborghini, Rolls Royce Rentals, Luxury Resort in Kenya with Stolen Money
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...-stolen-money/

In the article
Quote:
Aimee Bock, who prosecutors said masterminded the fraud operation, was a sugar mama to her former boyfriend, Empress Malcolm Watson Jr., paying him a $1 million salary as part of a phony contract and spending lavishly while bamboozling the public money.

The couple rented Lamborghinis, Rolls Royce’s, and other exotic cars luxury cars for $2,000 per day, on their trips, according to court documents.

They also routinely took lavish vacations to Las Vegas and Graceland, with Watson Jr. flaunting his stolen wealth on social media.
Interesting...
Aimee Bock is not Somalian...a confirmed US citizen...born and raised in Cottage Grove, Minnesota

Empress Malcolm Watson JR: public records do not explicitly state his birthplace, several pieces of biographical information suggest Empress Malcolm Watson Jr. was born in the United States and is a US citizen.

One can reasonably assess that if Watson were Somalian and/or illegal immigrant, that info would be prominently displayed.

Meanwhile DJT again ups his 'knowledge' of the fraud
Quote:
“Think of it: $19 billion at least the [Somalis] stole from Minnesota — and from [the federal government in] the United States,”
Again...this fraud needs to be prosecuted but inflated sensationalist false information is no way to work it.

Extending the investigations beyond Minnesota
Trump 'Truth' Social post

Quote:
California, under Governor Gavin Newscum, is more corrupt than Minnesota, if that’s possible??? The Fraud Investigation of California has begun. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Multiple sources include Texas and Florida near the top of Medicaid frauds (ditto COVID fraud). When will Trump initiate investigations?

Medicaid Fraud Control Units Annual Report: Fiscal Year 2024
California 52 indictments 48 convictions
Florida 65 indictments 58 convictions
Texas 133 indictments 78 convictions

Oh yeah, there's red Ohio
113 indictments 129 convictions
And purple Pennsylvania
119 indictments 74 convictions
https://oig.hhs.gov/reports/all/2025...cal-year-2024/

Yes, fraud should be investigated and prosecuted...but it appears there's more political motivation here than actual evidence based investigation.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, who is the administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services misinforms us on fraud (Medicare, Medicaid and voter)

Quote:
But let me share something with you that I learned recently. By federal law, if you sign someone up for Medicaid, you also give them the right to vote. So, ironically – it’s true for [the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program] as well – as you give out social services, you also get them registered to vote.
Uh, NO Mehmet, it doesn't...signing up for Medicaid DOES NOT give one the right to vote...Nor does signing up for Medicaid get one registered to vote. Ditto SNAP.

The 1993 (that Oz just 'recently learned about)National Voter Registration Act doe mandates that offices that provide public assistance programs, such as Medicaid and SNAP, must also offer voter registration services. The usual voting requirements, i.e. citizenship, still apply to those who would attempt to register.

This is the quality of DJT's selections...

The assets include about $3.7 million in bank accounts and cash, a 2013 Porsche and luxury items taken from her home

Aimee Bock, the alleged mastermind behind Minnesota’s $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud scandal tied to the Somali community, is facing forfeiture of a Porsche, property, designer handbags and millions of dollars after a federal judge approved a preliminary order.
Good!!!

Of note to some...Aimee is US citizen and not Somali.

VP Vance

Quote:
Even if there’s no fraud, 85% collecting welfare is way too many damn people collecting welfare, getting rich off the American taxpayer, while a lot of Americans struggle.

Boy, if I'd only known that welfare was the path to getting rich.

I'll assume Vance got his info from this CIS study

Quote:
Center for Immigration Studies published on Dec. 10 about 81% of Somali immigrant households in Minnesota receiving “some form of welfare.”
OTOH, that getting rich part...
Quote:
Due to sampling error, Brower said, the actual percentage of Somali people receiving those forms of income assistance could range from 6.3% to 10.1%. The CIS report said 27% of Somali immigrant households in Minnesota “receive cash welfare,” based on the 2014 to 2023 period, “including Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Supplement Security Income, and general assistance.”

Trivia: Here's the makeup of the Minnesota state government
State Senate: 33 Democrats, 33 Republicans
State House: 69 Democrats, 64 Republicans
