You make a good point. From what I’ve read online, that’s generally how sting operations work. It’s pretty difficult to gather enough solid evidence to charge a client.
But that doesn’t mean they won’t try. It would still cause a lot of trouble if they went after anyone on the list.

These K agencies uses realtor to get apt and realtor knows everything that goes on.
apt management knows things going on.
When they come out for fire inspection, the inspector knows.
When apt come out for maintenance, maintenance person knows.
As for KTalk, KTalk has agreement that they have right to all your text and KTalk always have no problem handing them over to authorities or reporters.

The realtor part I didn't know about, but pretty sure I knew the rest in the back of my head. An inspector may not be completely wise, but I guess if they have seen it enough they may put two and two together. Maintenance is just supposed to look the other way. unless a crime is occurring. And I guess the leasing agents are paid to not call the cops. There can always be a circumstantial explanation for circumstantial evidence, but if you were by the book you would make them leave after the lease is up...so that explains a lot.

I dont think you really understand how this works. If you make an arrangement or talk about pay for play and they have the discussion on text or email then they have a case, albeit a weak one. Add multiple conversations together and nkw you have a case. Its obviously much larger then mongering. Drug running, money laundering, human trafficking etc.
