Trans-women are women but we adults have this thing called sexual choice. and it's my sexual choice to not want to deal with a pecker. And I'm not going to say Trans-women have a mental illness cause they used to say that wanting to have sex with black people was a mental illness. soooo.....

and though it says more about the people saying it,
i would guess that some people said people who visit adult sex workers were mentally unfit and/or moral degenerates.
