A timer can keep both parties accountable. She can't claim you're going over your time if the timer hasn't gone off. And you can see exactly how much you have left to work with.

Was her service rushy/bad? Or did she just make sure you were aware that you were on a limit? I can live with a timer if it means they let me use my time.
