Their d.b.a. address is Mallorca, and their bank of transfer is in Bulgaria. None of my 4 credit card companies would authorize payment to that bank.


I contacted P411 and they said, "tell your credit card company that our bank is such-and-such located in London, UK".


Tried that, and each credit card security department said, no, the actual credit card transfer is going to "You're Screwed" (I made that up) bank in Bulgaria, and no reputable credit card company will do any transactions with that bank.


So after being a P411 member for 15 + years, I let my account lapse. Most of the newer providers (P400,000 and up) had no TCB skills and wouldn't even look at my 30+ OKs.


P411 is totally useless for the hobbyist now. It may offer features for the providers, but the new providers aren't using them....
