Gas was about 2 cents less expensive nationally one year ago under Joe and 7 cents less expensive in Pgh.

You already admitted you switch back and forth between GasBuddy and AAA for your "facts", and then cherry-pick the source that reports higher local or national prices, since you think that makes Trump look bad, which is the sole purpose of all your comments in this thread.
The question readers should ask is - why would anyone be hoping and cheering for HIGHER gas prices? Do you enjoy paying more? Is your TDS really that bad?
Nobody except you notices, let alone gives a fuck, about a nickel or dime a gallon, up or down.

No, I use Gasbuddy to track the 10 lowest local stations. 1 dataset for Pittsburgh and 1 dataset for Allegheny County
If you're going to misrepresent things, do better, Lusty. This isn't even something to fight over... so don't. There's not only no way to win, there's no prize to be gained, real or imaginary.

Sadly, gas is 7 cents more expensive per gallon around town than a year ago

For me, it's the hilarity of MAGA twisting themselves in knots trying to claim gas is cheaper now than it was the day trump took office. We all have eyes and wallets and Google. trump hasn't lowered the prices of anything. Truth be told, gas is about the same - or even a little more expensive - under trump.
MAGA would be wise to acknowledge reality from time to time. It will make those 2026 midterms a little easier to deal with for them.

Was just on CNBC today...avg of 3.05 vs 3.06 24/25.
Not that anybody that has to do with the inept in chief.
Nobody outside of the Permian is doing new holes right now.
Too expensive to borrow money and oil is too cheap to produce more unless it gets over 75 a barrel for more than 2 minutes. Simple supply demand economics. It's very funny that Dirty Donnie isn't imposing his Tariffs on imported oil from those nations sending it to us

Prices usually change because of supply or demand. Has supply increased or demand dropped? I think seasonal demand has dropped. I am not traveling this season.
