The Pentagon's investigation into Mark Kelly's possible violation of the UCMJ and federal laws (including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibiting "actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces") will continue apace.

There is plenty of evidence Mark Kelly violated the law. There is zero evidence Hegseth committed any similar offense in the 23-second video you posted. Which is why you plucked it completely out of context and now refuse to answer a few simple & obvious questions about it. After you were admonished to try and be less evasive.

IMO they ARE seditious. All 6 of them. You can be seditious without being charged or convicted of it. The video was made and disseminated to the media with seditious intent. Every veteran could see that. Which is why so many lodged allegations of serious misconduct against Mark Kelly with the Pentagon.

If you don't like that one, Signa Oliver, a vet who provided rules of engagement training while in the military.

Maybe Spencer the Scowl Owl, a known vet and former military lawyer who has interviewed Kelly and is intimately and professionally familiar with the UCMJ.

As for the rest of the molehill that you want to be a mountain, I don't think it's going to have the impact you think it will. Considering not all of the 6 were vets, I also don't see how it will impact all of their military records.

How do Seth, Tim, Signa, and Spencer plan to answer the $64k question - exactly what "illegal orders" is the once-respected Senator from Arizona encouraging soldiers to disobey? Like it or not, that's the question at the heart of the Pentagon investigation. Will your legal team advise the Arizona Senator to be completely honest and say - it doesn't matter, I just want every member of the armed forces to treat any & all orders issued by our current C-I-C as unlawful?
