This would literally impune any and all foreign / ex pats from voting, all the deployed military from voting and all the ppl who are verified mail in voters from voting- and turn further back than the civil war , when mail in ballots were accepted. I think you'd see a stay of that order by every state and also- appeal to the states SC's and Fed SCOTUS before that was enacted. Some shit doesn't just happen by waiving of the POTUS wand. Why would you even want that or suggest it, since there inevitably will be another party in office at some point. Would you want to have those things happen without question or acceptance without a vote?
