Yeah it's not hard...
But remember DMV employees don't give a shit about fraud because they aren't held responsible...like all government employees everywhere... zero accountability = infinite fraud.
California cancels 17,000 CDLs following federal audit
Democrat policies KILL.

I’m seeing a lot of FUD coming out in this thread.
There is absolutely no data to suggest that immigrant CDL drivers are more likely to be involved in a crash or accident than any other group.
If you want to make an argument that immigrants should be deported rather than contributing to the US economy then make that argument. Just do it using verifiable evidence rather than unproven fear mongering.

- Present proof of Social Security number.
Medical Examination
- Complete a medical examination and provide a Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Vision must be at least 20/40 in each eye (with or without corrective lenses).
Steps to Obtain a CDL
- Obtain a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP):

- Complete an online CDL application.
- Visit a DMV office to submit required documents and pay the application fee.
- Pass the knowledge test.

LOL... if its meaningless, then why did CA cancel those improperly obtained CDLs?
You seem to think just because the regulation exists, that criminals would never break the rules and regulations.
I wonder how that works with prostitution? How many reviews have you posted?

Who gives a shit about stats. Even one death by an illegal is too many. If you don't think so, how many is acceptable to you?
New York licensed illegal alien kills national guardsman in Indiana. Is that acceptable to you?

as usual you miss the point. why should ILLEGAL immigrants have a CDL to begin with?
you do know the ILLEGAL who killed a family couldn't read English? so how did he pass the written test? oh Snap! the CA DMV is corrupt and took bribes for a CDL!
what do you make of that?
in other news .....
Another Illegal Immigrant Trucker Causes Fatal Crash, Killing an American Serviceman
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/dmitri...dsman-n2666756
Over the weekend, yet another illegal immigrant with a commercial driver's license issued by the State of New York caused a multi-car collision resulting in the death of an Indiana National Guardsman. The illegal, Georgian national Goderdzi Gujabidze, 56, has since been arrested.
Gujabidze was driving an 18-wheeler in Boone County, Indiana, when he collided with a military Humvee and another vehicle. Indiana National Guardsman Terry Frye died on the scene, and three others were hospitalized.
any words of comfort to this man's family that explains why this illegal had a CDL and caused this accident?

Truck Accident Fatalities in 2024
In 2024, there were approximately 5,078 fatalities resulting from large truck accidents in the United States.
Comparison with Previous Years
YEAR FATALITIES
2023 4,354
2024 5,078
Weight Discrepancy: Trucks can weigh 20 to 30 times more than passenger vehicles, increasing the severity of accidents.
Braking Distance: Loaded trucks require 20% to 40% more distance to stop compared to cars.
Driver Behavior: Speeding, fatigue, and inadequate training are significant factors in truck accidents.
Certain states report higher numbers of truck accidents due to factors like traffic density and road conditions. For example, Texas consistently has the highest number of truck accidents annually.
How many of those deaths involved immigrant drivers? I’m guessing few to none. But I’m guessing that the facts don’t really matter in this discussion.

I’m saying that accidents happen. Sometimes they’re no one’s fault. I’m saying that blaming an entire group of people for the actions of a tiny minority is wrong.
This is an old argument that brings out the racists and bigots who want to blame immigrants for all the problems in our country.

accidents happen? interesting is that your justification for an ILLEGAL who shouldn't be in the US getting a CDL? even if he had a accident in a personal vehicle he'd still be an ILLEGAL driver. and guilty of manslaughter
what percentage of ILLEGAL drivers killing Americans is acceptable to you?

You are lying in your misrepresentation of him. He did not say this.

He never said anything about this person being "justified."
He merely discussed the apparently low rate of immigrant drivers being involved in fatal accidents.
Why do you misrepresent people with lies like this?

Let me explain this in a way that might make more sense to you.
You have a stack of one hundred 100 dollar bills. One of them is counterfeit. Maybe you should throw them all away because one counterfeit bill is just too many.
