The first sentence is true. I don't care if there's NOTHING on Trump in these stupid fucking files. I am focused on kicking that lying fascist while he's down. Again, it's what he would do.

You don't release files of an active case...namely Maxwell's appeal was still going on through Biden's term. Not to mention your guy would be in jail if Meritless Garland hadn't been afraid to do his job and not sat on it until it was a race against the clock.


Now, given if the files come out, and names are listed, I'm not sure what effect, if any, it will have on any of the larger and larger group of victims that are willing to come forward and testify in any future charges. And that is regardless of party...that's the piece you really don't grasp. Mort and I don't care who is or isn't implicated, we care about justice for the victims. You only care about covering up for one POTENTIAL implicated person.


I suspect that since it's not the victims saying it initially, it will trigger investigations what will allow them to give testimony under oath without fear of being sued into oblivion. Maybe 1B1 can chime in with insight.
