The ads have pretty much disappeared here, and I rely on OH2 and tryst mainly, but tryst seems to have pretty inflated rates. You have pretty much covered the available options. The only ones I noticed you didn’t mention are RubRankings (the Verified women at least appear to be legit, although quality is not guaranteed, and Private Delights, which several women swear by, but I don’t see reviewed much here.
