For me it depends on the Provider.

Define incall, and outcall.
Her rw place? Her hotel?
His rw place? His hotel?
Risks of sting, or other issues, for a new gal, or a new guy, are different for all of the above.
Different parts of town, or different types/places of hotels have different issues also.

That said, Cheif is correct, it really depends on the provider for the guys. For the gals it depends on the guys reputation (screening)

I prefer and feel safer with my incall that’s why I try to make it a personally inviting shag pad lol
But then again it all comes down to making sure who you see is potable therefore ensuring discretion and safety
