A non-citizen can get a drivers license in Minnesota and registers to vote. How often does it happen? Is there any post-vote checking? I can’t say. But I’m confident with a bafoon governor like Tim Walz, he would sweep it under the rug. 
You can’t believe this is the only example do you?
STATE REP: Someone could get their driver’s license...they register to vote, it doesn’t match with the Social Security number, so they’re flagged. But they come in as long as they have an ID, which is that driver’s license, and they sign that they are eligible to vote, they can vote, and they’re then no longer flagged!
