It's been a while since I did Canada...seeking advice on where to exchange usd to cad please?

Casinos are fine and fast in and out. Unless you want to do some gambling.

Right crossed the boarder at Queenston-Lewiston, there is an exchange station, a little better than the one at US side, ‘cause no waiting line and a little better rate.

If crossing the Peace Bridge, there is an exchange on Garrison Rd. that has good rates. Very convenient to the Bridge and the QEW.

40% is the going exchange rate right now. Been getting 38% at the casinos.

I usually hit up the casino to exchange also, no I.D. needed and free parking since I'm only there 10 minutes. Does anyone know of another easy place to exchange near the rainbow bridge?

EFX Exchange at the Outlets on US side. Only problem is the hours suck in my opinion.

Years ago used a currency exchange right on the corner of Victoria Ave and Centre St. It was nice years ago, not sure how it is now.

Consider the amount your exchanging and wether it'd worth worrying about a 1 - 2% difference in rates. Since I typically exchange 200 - 300US, we're talking 2 -3US at a pop. Not worth the worry, IMHO.

Agree. Usually exchange the same amount as you puck. 1 or 2 points don't matter much. Will use a credit card for dinners and get the whole going rate that day.

I always go to the Downer . 35 % exchange rate with no fees . Ohhh and theee LADYS ................. lol .

Last time at Downer they were giving 30% exchange. Downer must have upped their exchange rate.
