I like how 2 of yall already messaged me asking why i was hiding her lol. She has actually worked here in Omaha for like 3 years. Thanks for supporting her. She went from being depressed to super happy since she had been at that store for like a month and it was dead. They boss actually wants to add another girl... Im trying to convince her to bring in one of her LA friends for us.

Yea - I tried to be cognizant of how busy she likely was and made an appt. The person working the phones couldn't have cared less about the truth and told me to come in. When I got there, she was busy and said her boss said the apt was later. They make it very hard for it not to be a commotion if you react any other way than what they want. Just something to keep in mind for those of you that complain that the commotion is always the other mongers' fault.

Not exactly right for someone to show up and you just expect them to wait 30 minutes without issue when they had an apt. I'm not mad at her (Annie) but after experiencing that yesterday, and reading a lot of messages about the "chaos" - its mainly the lady answering the phones causing that more than "mouth breathers." Not that they don't have their moments too.

Oh that was you. She asked me about how you said that and asked me if that was normal.i told her it definitely was and how we all hate it lol. She said she would bring it up to the boss. She felt really bad for you though. She told me about it afterwards.

Definitely aggravating, and it's happened to me often. Reminds me of the classic Seinfeld episode about car rentals. "You know how to take the reservation. You don't know how to hold the reservation."
