Contrary to a recent opinion, I do not feel compelled to start another thread to explain what exactly is: "A pile of Right-Wing clickbait."
No one needs it.
Those sites are obvious, even to those that continually post links to them in this forum, then try to defend them by using trigger words like "censorship" when someone questions their credibility, bias or accuracy.
I suppose that one possible reason sites like Gateway Pundit are so popular here is that a lot of the more reasoned and rational Conservative outlets are calling bull-fucking-shit on the Comey indictment also. Like the "National Review."
I regularly read the "National Review." I don't limit myself to "liberal" outlets. I can't imagine that anyone who understands the history, tradition, and credibility of that publication would criticize me for that, no matter what their political ideology is. Then again, I may assume too much of my audience.
But let's go there! Let's see what the "National Review" has said about the Comey indictment most recently!
Conservative lawyer, contributing editor, and senior fellow at National Review Institute, Andrew C. McCarthy wrote a column on 09/26 titled "The Indictment Against Comey Should Be Dismissed," with the sub-headline "It's an incomprehensible case."
I'll just quote the second sentence:
"The vindictive indictment the Trump Justice Department barely managed to get a grand jury to approve on Thursday is so ill-conceived and incompetently drafted, he should be able to get it thrown out on a pretrial motion to dismiss."
Fucking wow.
The whole article is here: https://www.nationalreview.com/2025/...-be-dismissed/
McCarthy ain't no MAGA lightweight. Or turncoat. He previously called for Andrew McCabe to be indicted over this very same incident. In fact, much of his argument for opposing the indictment excoriates McCabe. And he states that the problems with McCabe's actions and credibility, complicated with confusing statements by Ted Cruz, make this case unwinnable right out of the gate. A waste of time, effort, and resources.
Anyway, that wasn't so hard to find. All I did was go beyond "simple search queries" and pay attention to other credible Conservative sources.
It was pretty fucking easy, actually. I wonder why others don't do that more frequently? Ahhh, we all know the answer to that: it's no fun and makes Orange man look bad!

Go figure.
All will be seen when unsealed. Probably not much since it was only a few pages that got the ball rolling.

2019. Wasn't that donnys DOJ and FBI?
So, you're saying the man-baby debilitating mental condition caused him not to prosecute first time round and he just remember and is trying now? So it's a takes back kinda thing. That is weak sauce.
Still don't know why he is so crotchety since his memory should have let him forget this.

Meritocracy my fucking ass.
|
Meritocracy, you say? Smells more like entrenched partisan hacks, i.e. cockroaches fleeing the kitchen when the light gets turned on, to me.
Let us review a skoshy-bit:
So poor, poor ol' Erik S. Siebert resigned his post at the Eastern District of Virginia. Probably more like he got canned by the man, the myth, the legend, President Donald J Trump. Regardless, yesterday's garbage has been kicked out.
So I had to look up the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA). Yup! Sure as shoot'n, it's on the Eastern side of Virginia, near Alexandria, Arlington and just East of that, Washington DC itself, where, as you may recall, many a J6 Fed-surrection cases where tried.
Any word on what he did with his painstakingly crafted 51 page Memo outlining why Jim Comey should not be charged for crimes he committed while at the FBI? Also, any word on whether he ever recused himself because his father-in-law, i.e. his wife’s father, is the godfather to Comey’s daughter? Just asking for some frens who might see that as a stunning conflict of interest.
Seems he is dragging along a cadre of others in his wake. What about good ol' Michael Ben’Ary. You know, that dude that used to do all the leg work of overseeing early federal investigations into Donald Trump.
Come to think of it, didn't he use to be a top dog for Lisa Monaco, the Assistant AG under Merrick Garland and also served as Obama's homeland security advisor? Though I'm not sure if he worked for her when she was attending that basement meeting at the WH with O'Bamma, Comey, Brennan et al when they fabricated the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax back in December 2016.
Speaking of Lisa Monaco, didn't they can or resign Maya Song from EDVA, who used to be council for Lisa Monaco? Well... I wouldn't worry much about Lisa. She landed a cushy job as Microsoft’s president of global affairs.
Shoot-Howdy! I purt-near forgot about another EDVA fire/resign of poor ol' Troy A. Edwards, Jr., whom as you may know, served as the deputy chief of the national security section and a senior national security prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the EDVA. I suspect his father-in-law, James Comey, who as you may know was recently indicted by the EDVA, probably has the sads about that.
Demonicrats, one and all!!
Cheer up! Good things come to those that wait...

Did you really come back 4 days later to respond to my post?
Man, like I said, a bit of me is thrilled with the notice and with the thought that I am distracting you from other shit that may actually be worth defending. Please continue!
You could have perhaps responded to the quote I posted from the National Review. Nah. That would break the MAGA tradition of ignoring meaningful, internal dissent. No fucking fun there!
This sure is, though!
Indulge my repetition please:

And you did!
So now, in addition to Hegseth and Trump, you are defending the appointment of Lindsey Halligan? A former attorney for Trump who has spent her last taint-licking months investigating the Smithsonian? An insurance lawyer? Who has NEVER prosecuted a case? Who was hired by Trump because he liked her suit?
Holy fuck. Why, I would almost say she is an entrenched partisan hack.
(this is too easy. People trying to refute my arguments end up making them for me)

... Fact o' the matter IS - you can glance, dance, prance,
and even de estu rance - if you so choose... But the truth is
the Case against Comey is NOT going to be dismissed.
... They got the evidence... And Comey is either gonna
seek a deal - or face the charges against him.

Yup. 4 days. Rip full of speculation and and maggie playbook stuff.
Bottom line: guy wasn't gonna bend the knee for trumped (sorry) up charges and did the right honourable thing. And it seems in an office with 100+ other attorneys, barbie appointment couldn't find anyone to backup the fucked up paperwork she turned in. Guess they didn't want to see the Judge do a double facepalm with the Wish Sandwich of a document submitted to the court.
But you maggies will get your day in court. Just like stolen election you so ranted about. Yell fraud in the streets but don't whisper one peep in the courtroom where it counts. We'll see ALL these lies exposed by the prosecutor. And you will see Commey finally face the music.
....but what will said maggies do if Commey statements are true and he does something maggies don't do: legwork.
Y'all get your day in court and we will see, as your welfare state healthcare baby from downunder says.

Oh, oh. You must have some inside information. Please! What are your sources saying?
Mine are saying that the desperate rush to bring this indictment before the statute of limitations expired only highlights how farcical this whole thing is.

Yupper. Somebody is a liar. The guy that got indictment unsealed on him or the big baby pushing his fawning pawns around on charges that are a lie.
I can wait for the trial.

We should probably start at step number one.
I think you have to start with:
Did muh Russia, Russia, Russia collude with Trump in 2016?

Seems a FBI agent has been pulled from duty for failure to follow a direct order.
Quote:
...Reuters reported on Friday that an FBI Agent was fired for refusing to arrest and perp walk James Comey.
Per Reuters: “An FBI agent was relieved of duty for declining to arrange a “perp walk” of the bureau’s former director, James Comey, in front of news media cameras after Comey was federally charged last month, four people briefed on the matter said on Friday.”...

I think we need to see a classy, pre-dawn raid and perp-walk of the oinker, if for no other reason than to see if the pravda media will run the footage.
