Dude- he was below the building preaching, and during a peaceful assembly. A protected right under the constitution. How exactly did he interfere with any process? If holding a bible up would warrant a bean bag, or a pepper pellet to the head, Dear leader would have been warranted to get the same during his clearing out of the protestors back in June of 2020 at St. Johns Church for a stupid photo op that he fucked up.

If it disturbs a neighborhood for 300 straight days, its not legitimate.

And there is a legal process for that. My guess is that they resorted to violence before they called the police to disperse the crowd.
