The OBBBA (or One Big Beautiful Bill Act) doesn't "strip out" any subsidies. (I'm not familiar with any Medicare subsidies, do you mean Medicaid?)
What's happening is this - the subsidies in the original ACA passed back in 2010 remain intact.
In 2021, Biden Democrats jacked up those subsidies to excessively generous levels as a temporary pandemic relief measure. The pandemic is now over, which means those inflated subsidies are being allowed to expire at the end of this year, as intended.
