Tiny are you joking about taking 7 Covid shots? I don't like to take any OTC medicines. I never take Tylenol and prefer to seek out a natural remedy vs. the manmade drug approach. I rarely if ever get sick and never get headaches.

So you know what they do when they don't have that?

Yep Captain, three in 2020 and a booster every year since. So that will be 8 in a week or two. I only had COVID once, and most common colds I've had were worse. That's because the vaccines supercharged my immune system!

I have arthritis in a limb as a result of an injury and because of a quirk with my kidneys can't take NSAID's. So that leaves me with Tylenol. I average maybe one dose (two tablets) a week.

Everything's a trade off. You're better off taking blood pressure medication if you've got high blood pressure for example, if you can't control it with diet, exercise, etc. And drugs can make a big difference in your quality of life if, for example, you're an allergy sufferer.

As McCain said, your doctor is a great resource, as is the internet if you stick with reputable sources -- Mayo Clinic, Harvard Health, etc. Or papers in journals if you're so inclined.

But yes, if you can control symptoms with diet, lifestyle, exercise, and natural remedies that's probably better.

Many doctors have weighed in on the Tylenol/Pregnant women controversy to point out that fever can be a very real risk during pregnancy. Trump's advice to women to just "tough it out" is absurd. And the people "chugalugging" Tylenol are insane, plain and simple.
