NYPD doesn't work for Comey. they became a loose cannon Comey couldn't silence.
Comey would never help Trump win. it was a matter of covering the FBI's ass and his and that bitch Clinton.

So nobody in the FBI did anything on this case.
Really strange why the melange one is so crochety.
...and why there is a case being pushed that the majority of prosecutors says is weak sauce.
Go figure.
All will be seen when unsealed. Probably not much since it was only a few pages that got the ball rolling.

the DOJ did nothing. Biden's DOJ under Garland.
On August 29, 2019, the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) released a report on former FBI Director James Comey's handling of memos he wrote documenting his conversations with former President Donald Trump. The report concluded that Comey violated FBI and Justice Department policies, but the Department of Justice declined to prosecute him for those violations
Comey was found by the IG to have violated FBI standards and rules. he lost his job as Director over it. but keep claiming it's weak sauce
remember this?

I find Comey to be a negative for the reputation and moral of the FBI. I also think he unduly influenced the 2016 election in favor of Candidate Trump by publicly commenting on Candate Clinton in the way he did . . .I don't know ow what he was thinking there.
It is my belief that he is a bad actor with an overall negative influence on thee well being of American society and the Nation. I feel that we all would be better off if he were in jail.
Yet, with all that said, I have seen some commentators and legal analysis tat suggests that the charges he may face, surgery primarily, could be hard to prove in court.
If there is not a strong, clear cut case for lying to congress, these charges should not be brought.

... Certainly sorry about you being so mis-informed there, mate.
Comey didn't influence the election to favour Trump.
His comments were there because Hillary BROKE THE LAW
and he had NO INTEREST in charging her - as they EXPECTED
that Hillary would surely WIN the election!
And IF somehow the polls were wrong and Trump happened
to win - they had their "insure policy" against Trump.
And it was Comey - who used the phony narrative to try
and blackmail President-Elect Trump:
... "Sir, we have learned that your campaign and you
have been colluding with Russia... Now, Sir, if let's
say, you step down and thus let VP-Elect Pence step in
and assume the Presidency - President Pence could then
pardon you even-before there's any investigation..."
... It went something like that.
Onley Trump surely smelled a rat - and told Comey
that there ain't any collusion with Russia and that
He wasn't stepping down from Anything!
Read the Durham report from more details. ... Be better informed.
See? ... Mr. Comey is much more than a "ham sandwich"...
He's a traitor to the United States and needs to face the Law!

Is not the correct question:
Would Clinton have won if Cor-nay had pursued and convicted Clinton?

Tip of the spear
Comey, aka Corney is a stepping stone to the ring leader O'bama.
Nobody cares about Jim-Bob Corney.
We should probably just refer to him as the rug weaver.
OR simply as the ham in a sandwich.
That's all he was.
From Tulsi Gabard:
Quote:
...There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false.
They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't.
Gabbard got her hands on a House intel report that's been locked away in a CIA vault for almost a decade. Investigators spent over 2,000 hours looking into how the Russia hoax was born, interviewing 20 CIA and FBI officials. It turns out that the Obama administration doctored the intelligence to make it look like Putin and Trump stole the election...

Stay tuned...

Is MAGA so desperate that they can't credit the sources they plagiarize from?

That "quote" above comes from "Right Edition."
A pile of Right-Wing clickbait garbage.
And from Jesse Watters.
Calling him garbage is very unkind to garbage.
But speaking of garbage:
Tulsi Gabbard. Jesus Christ. That's desperate.
As is this whole stupid mess. Trump and his automatons will not look good when this goes down in flames. How many more "scathing" opinions are we going to have to endure from judges when they dismiss these asinine cases? It looks like we will get at least one more, anyway. Probably LOTS more.
Stay tuned for sure!

I told you exactly whom it came from: Tulsi Gabbard. Who picked it up and how they may have spun it, I don't control yet.
My searching tools find tons of sites that reported on it. Heck-fire, even CNN and BBC covered it, as well as government websites. I don't even see what ever Right-whatnot in the top 20 results. BTW: I saw it on a newsworthy channel even. Ya'll Dems wouldn't know about such things, is my guess.
Shot-howdy, you missed the most important part of the quote even. Must be the TDS mental-shrinkage thing. " ...Gabbard got her hands on a House intel report that's been locked away in a CIA vault for almost a decade..."
A person without TDS should be all over that. Did she go crawling around each and every nook and cranny to find it? Doubtful. What then? Thimk more harder. Seems as though someone told her where it was. AmmIrite?
Wait! Whut? You also believe Kash Patel tripped all over those burn bags a couple weeks back too. AmmIrite?
Try this on for size: whistleblower, though more correctly stated as a Patriotic American Insider. I know, it requires thinking for yourself, as opposed to on-command. Sure, it takes a little effort, but it's well worth it.

You did not. It came from Jesse Watters via "Right Wing Edition": https://rightedition.com/2025/09/27/...tole-election/

What is the most important part? That Jesse says Gabbard got this amazing report? That was locked away?
Which amazingly revelatory report would this be? The one where she was openly mocked for her decision to release? The one at odds with the bipartisan 2020 Senate Intelligence Committee report from a panel that included Marc Rubio, that concluded that Russia did interfere to help Trump? That one?

Just highlighting a few of your personal attacks and insults. Typical MAGA desperate deflection to defend weak, rehashed and misrepresented garbage.
As is this case against Comey. Weak and desperate. Going nowhere. Waste of time.

I don't follow Waters. I got it from another source, but seems verbatim to Waters show. So I'll own that.
I suspect you may feel compelled to start another thread to explain what exactly is: "A pile of Right-Wing clickbait". Your call, but I would say it sounds like blatant censorship of opposing views, which we all know is the institutionalized left-wingnut go-to jam. I would even be willing to contribute 14 pages of such, just from a single publication, i.e. victim and might toss in our olde fiend Google on the topic.
Waters is a journalist, lefties may have to look that up, reporting on Tulsi's words and actions. The FCC is supposed to ensure that.
Anyway a quick take directly from her:
Longer written version here:
New Evidence of Obama Administration Conspiracy to Subvert President Trump’s 2016 Victory and Presidency
Comey was neck deep in it all, yet only a useful-idiot pawn in the greater scheme of things. As such, he is just the first to have to answer for his roles in the scam. Too bad for him he had to go around flap'n his gums to push his book.

I'm waiting and waiting to understand how anyone is going to prove Comey lied in 2020 that he had lied in 2017 that he authorized FBI leaks to the press back them.
There's the story that Andrew McCabe's atty claims stated that Comey gave permission, to FBI to disclose some Hillary emails.
So my questions:
1. Where's that memo that was claimed to have been issued, or is this just a story to get McCabe off light.
2. Why didn't the statue of limitations start in 2017/2018?

You probably won't have to wait long. The first hearing will likely end with the judge throwing it out and and, once again, delivering a scathing rebuke to the morons who agreed to affix their names to this.

This is the very definition of selective and vindictive prosecution. My guess is that this will be thrown out by the judge.

Let's not forget that to get this indictment, Trump had to fire an experienced, respected prosecutor and install a loyalist shill with no experience. Then again, she does have that MAGA hair thing going on. Very important!
Meritocracy my fucking ass.
