Given this particular set of circumstances, however, and specific Texas state statutes that were put into effect in 2019 to target internet promotion of prostitution, I would not rely on some ancient documentary as comfort that he can avoid prosecution, particularly since he is offering a video he has put on a subscriber site to potential clients of a woman being discussed on a p4p site.
