If affiliates don't want to run a program- they can bitch to the programming department. But telling a license holder that they are under investigation or subject to losing a license without an accusation or innuendo is not only wrong- it's illegal. If running questionable or offensive material is the basis, then I wonder how the apprentice, or any housewives of the ___ , or a current affair, or Maury Povich and Jerry Springer ever got a pass. Atleast Kimmel was talking about relevant daily topics- whether you agree or not. Same with FOX or CNN or any other station.
