Second, the FCC wasn't putting its finger on the scale for Tucker. Talking about license revocation. And there wasn't a "convenient" break regarding a merger during the Roseanne issues.

I'm pretty consistent when it comes to private employers making decisions. I'm also pretty consistent when it comes to the government stepping over a line. Threatening the broadcast license for ABC to try to silence Kimmel is a line. Trump telling reporters they can't critize him. That's a line.

You can have this convo without the strawman, whattaboutisms and mislabeled.

When Ted Cruz cares more about an actual free speech concern than other conservatives it's definitely not Ted who has lost his way.
