The fascist tendencies of trump
Feel free to add to the list.
● Deporting people with no due process, as federal judges everywhere rule this to be illegal and unconstitutional.
● Sending in federal troops to intimidate U.S. citizens and essentially act as local law enforcement, is Fascism 101. Federal judges agree. trump is a United States president who is actively invading the United States. The kind of fascist fuckery that we haven't seen since Kent State.
● Trying to "rule by decree" via Executive Orders, without any consent from the Legislative Branch. The Judicial Branch agrees many of his EOs are illegal.
● Rolling out the red carpet for a foreign dictator and war criminal, who also happens to be his boss and supreme overlord. Certainly fascism-adjacent.
I was asked to "name one" in another thread, but I'm not falling for the off-topic baiting. Here are four. And there are more.

Based on the definition of Fascism is a far-right, ultranationalist political ideology characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, and the subordination of individual interests to the state. It often involves economic control, aggressive militarism, a cult of the leader, the identification of scapegoats, and the use of propaganda to maintain power and achieve national rebirth through revolutionary means.
Trump is a fascist - he even left handedly suggested that ppl would like a dictator- floating the idea that "some are happy with that idea of him being in charge with out any checks or balances.
Trump has written EO's and passed laws that limit the checks and balances of the office of the POTUS.
Trump has tried to suppress those who offer an opposing political or social belief in both colleges and even in sciences, as well as museums. Putting financial pressure on them to conform to his wishes, or suffer the consequences of removing funding or paying huge fines for daring to offend him and his beliefs.
Trump has sent the national Guard- (military) to DC, LA and proposed chicago to conform to his wishes. All done to appease his base but even when the need is directly in contrast to the disbursement of that military.
Trump has tried to influence economical controls such as tariffs, tax incentives and even fines for those who do not conform. He's pressuring the independent FED to lower rates, and has done very little to suppress inflation.
the cult of a leader- OMG-but do we even have to talk about the cult of TRUMP. Every REDhAT wearing doofus is out there as a walking billboard of MAGA culture and all pointing to dear leader- who would love to run for a 3rd term per his latest verbalizations about limits.
Trump is a fascist because he not only glorified, but removed the legal consequesnces for those folks who stormed the capital on jan 6, thus promoting a revolutionary ideology- Hell the ppl on the board are often talking in code about the coming boogaloo. Not something made up in the ether.
And lastly-scapegoats. If ever there was a fascist who only blamed someone else- it's the MAGA TRumpy Fat Donnie the Felon. He blames dems and specific, Biden, Obama, and Hilary on everything that he can when he's found with his hand in the cookie jar. ....the antagonists and protagonists of a story have never been something new, but it's sure funny how this administration has a fascination with blaming everything on DEMS, And still today-only has concepts of plans that actually help AMERICANS. How they will assist in people in crisis, or in financial peril due to politics. Instead they blame everything on immigrants, and flame their party into false rages- The bulk of which cannot even articulate what negatives are happening due to immigrants, but are upset at the browning of America- and bringing in other cultures.
If you need more examples, I'm happy to provide them,

Democrat political strategist Dan Turrentine calls out what a wackadoodle group most of the Dems are. I guess some rather stay in the far-left fantasy bubble.
@danturrentine calls on Dem Leaders to ADMIT they were "WRONG" to call Trump "fascist, Hitler" after Charlie Kirk Assassination
"The party should not call Trump Hitler, should not say he's a fascist. One, it's bad politics. Two, it's just not true. It is simply not the case!"
"Don't say 'We have to destroy the other side and stop it because it's Hitler' ... Crazy people hear that and think, 'I have to do my part.'"

There are a few out there yet, I don't want to see any political party destroyed, but the insanity of the left has to be reined in.

Shades of Hitler and Mussolini.
https://archive.ph/VpeQp
In 2016, Donald J. Trump mounted the stage, and told America that the nation is in crisis. That attacks on police and terrorism threaten the American way of life. That the United States suffers from domestic disaster, and international humiliation. That it is full of shuttered factories and crushed communities. That it is beset by “poverty and violence at home” and “war and destruction abroad.”
And he offered them a solution.
I am your voice, said Trump. I alone can fix it. I will restore law and order. He did not appeal to prayer, or to God. He did not ask Americans to measure him against their values, or to hold him responsible for living up to them. He did not ask for their help. He asked them to place their faith in him.
When Trump said, “I am your voice,” the delegates on the convention floor roared their approval.
He broke with two centuries of American political tradition, in which candidates for office—and above all, for the nation’s highest office—acknowledge their fallibility and limitations, asking for the help of their fellow Americans, and of God, to accomplish what they cannot do on their own.
But when Trump said, “I am your voice,” the delegates on the convention floor roared their approval. When he said, “I alone can fix it,” they shouted their approbation. The crowd peppered his speech with chants of “USA!” and “Lock her up!” and “Build the wall!” and “Trump!” It booed on cue, and cheered when prompted. It seemed, in fact, to chafe—eager to turn a made-for-TV speech into an interactive rally, and frustrated by Trump’s determination to stay on script.
The most striking aspect of his speech wasn’t his delivery, even though his tone often strayed over the line, from emphatic to strident. It wasn’t the specific policies he outlined, long fixtures of his stump speech. It was the extraordinary spectacle of a man standing on a podium, elevated above the surrounding crowd, telling the millions of Americans who were watching that he, alone, could solve their problems.
And the crowd cheered.

Pretty sure that whole representative republic thing is based on “I am your voice”. The author clearly flunked civics.

You just can’t give up the fantasy bullshit rhetoric.
A bridge too far to cross when you’re that far left.

Ever consider that you may be too close to the other side to see how damaging the bullshit rhetoric on Trump’s side is.
