That's not the point of contention, the right will obviously try to milk this as an attack on one of their own and asking for people to "get ready" for whatever (Trump was literally in a football game a few hours later dancing around, so they don't care) but the guy clearly lost his life over problematic statements that are made to make headlines on social media and that's what is wrong with the society these days

Apparently there was some confusion in the reporting. His father, Matt Robinson, owns/run a construction business that installs kitchen countertops, cabinets, and stone surfaces. Amber Denise Robinson, works for Intermountain Support Coordination Services, helping people with disabilities access care. - DB.com
But the question remains... even though they are his parents would they be expected to become accessories after the fact to a murder?

That's still not an excuse for murder. David Duke is a virulent racist and probably wouldn't be missed if he was gone but that still doesn't justify his murder. Same with Farrakhan or Sharpton.

Please find me a clip of the “racist” remarks.. this has been proven false countless times online that he wasn’t.

"It's gotten so bad that it's at the point now where, if I see a black pilot, I say, "I hope to God he's qualified"
"Black women do not have brain processing power to be taken seriously. You have to go steal a white person’s slot”
---Charlie Kirk
Stop being disingenuous because you will only make yourself look more stupid. The guy had a lot of problematic opinions because that's how he earned his bread. Condemn that what happened is non acceptable in a civil society but accept what he stood for wasn't quite right by any means

Did a little research...
On The Charlie Kirk Show, January 23, 2024, he said:
“If I see a Black pilot, I’m going to be like, ‘Boy, I hope he’s qualified.’” - The Irish Times, The Washington Post,The Guardian
The remark was made while he was criticizing United Airlines’ announced goal that 50% of graduates from its flight training academy would be women or people of color. - The Washington Post
After the backlash, he reportedly stated it was not his belief that Black people are unqualified per se, but that his fear or reaction is shaped by what he sees as the effects of DEI policies. - Newsweek
AND
In a July 2023 episode of The Charlie Kirk Show, Kirk said of prominent Black women — Michelle Obama, Joy Reid, Sheila Jackson Lee, and Ketanji Brown Jackson — that “You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously. You had to go steal a white person’s slot to be taken somewhat seriously.” - The Guardian, Yahoo News
So those are the actual quotes. They are subtly different in verbiage but significantly different in intent.

You need more context into why he said such things.. the comment about the pilot was due to airlines like United and Delta openly stating they were going to hire % more DEI candidates than the best qualified candidates…
https://x.com/wellsjorda89710/status...tli8ZfHGO8gdZw
https://x.com/w_terrence/status/1966...388351901?s=42
Just 2 more videos of Kirk being the worst racist by doing the anti-racist POV, and supporting of black kids to the White House…

It includes all racial, ethnic, and other marginalized groups, including those historically underrepresented or discriminated against.
I've seen enough of his debates and his podcast to make my own judgement, I don't need to see random X videos on trying to make an opinion. (also never claimed of him to be the worst racist in history) You could be friendly towards racial groups and still have problematic opinions on them. Those things can still coexist. I'm done here!

Did a little more research... This from a recent editorial:
Charlie Kirk is widely recognized as a prominent conservative activist and the founder of Turning Point USA, a group known for promoting right-wing ideologies and supporting Donald Trump. His political positions encompass a range of conservative stances, including opposition to LGBTQ+ rights, criticism of critical race theory, and support for Christian nationalism. These views have positioned him firmly within the conservative spectrum.
There is no credible evidence to suggest that Charlie Kirk has ever been a leftist or held left-wing political beliefs. While some individuals may have speculated about his past or questioned his current positions, such claims are not substantiated by his public record or statements. In fact, his political trajectory has been characterized by a consistent embrace of conservative principles and alignment with right-wing causes.
In summary, Charlie Kirk is not considered a leftist by any reputable sources or observers. His political identity is firmly rooted in conservatism, and any assertions to the contrary lack factual basis.

Yes, you need context to understand the whole of the quote to get the deeper meaning of what was actually said. If you don't understand that.. well, OK, believe what you want to believe. Kirk was many things, probably both good and bad, but certainly not an explicit racist. Heck, makehermoan (above) thinks he leaned left.

Jeez!!! No offense mate but your understanding of one's character, especially Kirk is as good as your ability to spot a wordplay or sarcasm.
Makerhermoan was clearly making a joke there on him leaning to his left after he got shot but you are probably too thick to get it

No, I just take the posts as I see them. Don't know makehermoan, or you, or Charlie Kirk any more than the vids and reports I see. And I've seen a lot of posts that say Charlie Kirk is one thing when it's clear that he's not. Just clarifying for makehermoan. If he was being sarcastic, sorry I missed it. But I'm a pretty good judge of character. You said pretty emphatically "I'm done here" in Post 39, yet here you are. What does that say?
