Default Trump signs executive orders aimed at ending cashless bail in D.C. and across the nation

This order aimed at Democrat led states and cities should bring relief to the people and businesses victimized by Democratic Party politicians, woke Democrat district attorneys, and woke activist judges by making the criminals pay bail and keeping criminals locked up. The Democrats keep incentivizing the criminals so ask yourself why don't THE PEOPLE in Democrat states get up in the faces of their elected officials out in the street putting them on notice when they become a victim of their policies?

Like I once was I voted Democrat by default until this woke movement woke me up created by Obama and executed by Biden. Illegal immigrants really got my attention and all these blue cities filled with crime. I'm impressed with what Trump is doing. Common sense Americans are waking up to. It showed during the election.

Sometimes it takes a minute to step back to look at the bigger picture. People can only take so much before they take the law into their own hands and deliver frontier justice as to what happened in Minnessota not long ago. If they want to see how woke, woke can get they better be careful what they wish for because they just might get it.

That would require introspection. While not one of the recent 45 banned words, it was never in their lexicon to begin with.

He may have legal standing to do that across the board in DC, but I am thinking the his ability to do the same in other jurisdictions may be limited to Federal courts . . .if that.

This will be litigated for years so we will see what is what eventually.

He is threatening to deny federal funding to jurisdictions that oppose him. Whether it’s legal or not.

The nationwide executive order directs U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to submit a list of local and state jurisdictions with cashless bail policies and identify federal funds in those places that could be "suspended or terminated," according to a White House fact sheet.

Please explain to us all how the Federal govt. imposed the drinking age of 21 on all of the states.

Please also explain how the Federal govt. enforces regulations on Education, the Environment, Interstate transportation, and basically anything else that wasn't expressly spelled out in the Constitution.

But Sapper is correct that the Federal government sometimes uses its funding power to get states to change their laws on a particular issue. That said I am not sure it’s legal for the president to withhold funds allocated by congress just on a whim.

The job of the president is not to create law.
