How is this even an issue requiring an Executive Order?

Burning the flag of any country, especially the flag of the country you live, in many cases the flag of the country that TOOK YOU (A FOREIGNER) IN, SHOULD BE a crime.

Remember the news videos of the protesters in Los Angeles that were protesting ICE raids? They were flying the MEXICAN flag and burning American Flags!!

If you love Mexico so much to fly the Mexican flag above the American flag and then burn the American flag, why are you even here?
