Default The Party's Over

.... G'day Stumpers,

... Turn off the lights - the Party's OOOO-Ver!

... Crikey! How can it be?? ...

... Even the NY Times reporting it.... Dems LOSING voters!

Between 2020 and 2024 - the Democrat party has LOST
registered members in ALL 30 states which require party
affiliation. ... Over TWO (2) MILLION in total!
With Republicans gaining the lot of them ... ...

... And let's not leave out the 20 states that don't
require party affiliation - Repubs have gained almost
Two and a Half Million (2 1/2) There!

... Surely would seem that voters mostly wanna be
Republicans now... Especially younger blokes and Hispanics.

... The Democrat party is DYING ... ...
HISTORIC LOWS in polling approval... Go take a look!

Thanks to President Trump - for making it all possible! ...

Well said!

Well President Trump surely must get some credit for this turn of affairs, but I am thinking that the progressive liberal left has as had big a part or bigger than just President Trump.

The Democratic Party has gone all-in on every extreme policy , cause and movement foisted on American society by the progressive liberal leftists. Most of America, well the tax paying, work-a-da, voting slice of American society, just wants to make a living and have a life. The Me-Too movement showed us that most of truly egregiously bad actors were on the left.

Despite all the noise, the mostly violent riots in the name of George Floyd were were seen by working/voting Americans as not conducive to getting to work every day. We approached the tipping point when the progressive left took over the Democratic Party and enforced the extreme controls of everyone and everything during the Pandemic Hysteria.

Yet I think that the Democratic working voters had finally had it "up to here" during the run-up to the elections in 2024 with President Biden staying in the race while all his handlers and the news folks saying that he was OK despite the evidence of our eyes and ears . . . .and then the Democratic power brokers just dumped him for the queen of word salad without. primary. . . .and she was worse. That was, I think, the last straw, the actual tipping point.

Along the way, the progressive dominated Democratic party alienated Joe Rogan, Elon Musk and Bill Mahar to name a few prominent or liberals. They and other celebrity news makers are just the tip f the iceberg though. Now it is the working voters that are abandoning the Democratic Party, either by declaring the they are a never-Trump-Republican like my brother-in-law or through induced political apathy.

Salty: Trump has played a great part in all of this, but it is the party too. It is not so much that voters have left the Democratic Party, I think that it is more that the Democratic Party has left them.

The Democrat party going full Communist in many areas has also turned off a lot of now former Dem voters. Many older, working class Dem voters do indeed feel like their party deserted them in favor of fringe movements that don't do anything as far as actually helping those older, working class voters.

... Both of you mates make good points... A good bit of the
voter gains are in direct responce to the strange and rather
sad stances that the Democrats take.

... One of the Keys to President Trump's GREAT appeal is that
He jumps all-over all the common-sense issues, those 80/20
and 70/30 ones and surely makes them His-own.

So, then the silly liberals and "Trump-haters" immediately take
the opposite side - no matter how Bad and Shitty it will make
them look. ... And some o' their-own supporter thus have to
cringe and recoil away from the stupid liberal stances.

... And switch to the Republican party. ... ...

... We Australians call that - The "Boomerang Effect"...

And now . . .lets hear from someone, anyone, who can tell us how we are wrong ab out why the Democratic Party is hip deep in a pit of quicksand of their own making.

Fewer and fewer people want to be associated with radicalism, especially on social issues.

... Gregg Jarrett obviously read me piece here - as he gave me
a shout-out with his commentary ... "boomerang effect"...

No bleedin' wonder the Dems are in a shambles... The don't even
got enough skill to paint the shithouse roof. ...

Kamala vouching that America needs to be more woke didn't resonate with the Democrat voter base because they realize the governments version of woke is leaving them in the dust. Disenfranchised Democrat voters finally waking up to the reality that their leaders can only win elections by importing voters. The main import to America under Biden, voters.

Still waiting for the leftists on this board to school us on this topic.

Why were the Biden years so great, how will the Trump policies destroy the Nation or ruin my 401(k)?

Default First the voters, then the language

Now the DNC has banned 45 words as DNU, Do Not Use.

Microaggression/assault/invalidation
Progressive stack

Safe space
Holding space
Body shaming

Seminar Room Language
Systems of oppression
Critical theory
Cultural appropriation
Postmodernism
Overton Window
Heuristic
Existential threat to [climate, the planet, democracy, the economy]

Organizer Jargon
Radical transparency
Small ‘d’ democracy
Barriers to participation
Stakeholders
The unhoused
Food insecurity
Housing insecurity
Person who immigrated

Gender/Orientation Correctness
Birthing person/inseminated person
Pregnant people
