Maybe you're just looking at the parking spaces in front. There are several parking spots BEHIND the building as well, which are very secluded. There is an entrance at the back as well, so you can enter/leave right beside your parked car.
There is a business in the building on the left called The Nines Mens Grooming, and Relax is in the building on the right. You have to drive between the two buildings to get to the parking behind. The Nines has a sign at the back saying that not to park in their spaces on the left, but there is room for 3-4 cars on the right.
And as another poster mentioned, if you park at Dan's Hamburgers its just a short walk. Or you can park in the Target parking lot and take a short walk from the other direction.
