TPS, by its very nature, is temporary. There was no legitimate expectation that the majority on it would stay permanently or be able to convert to another status.

Pretty sure you also have no idea what the actual costs were or if they were a net drain on social services let alone the rate of unemployment was for the Haitians was or tax revenues generated.

They are/were the largest group of immigrants in Charleroi, but substantially under 50%
