Just FYI
In these places, the walls within the rental space only go up to the false/dropped ceiling. Ie. Just for example, if you popped out the ceiling tiles, you could reach your hand over the wall into the next room. Those tiles don’t block much sound at all. Most likely, someone in the next massage room can hear everything except a low voice or whisper.
The walls between rental spaces normally go much farther up, close to the roof of the building and are anchored to the building trusses. Sound insulation in those walls vary from building to building. Someone in the business next door would not hear normal conversation but would most likely hear loud moaning or skin slapping.
