They are. Still paying more than they should be but not enough to warrant a $0.50 surcharge

There were no "egg surcharges" when Biden was in office. Just sayin'

Yes, and they are ending.

If you understand why surcharge pricing was instituted, then you understand why they are cheaper today.

But still more expensive than a year ago. Still more expensive than when JV campaigned on lowering their prices. Still a lot more work for these schmucks to do.

While members can change their handles with good cause it’s rude and disrespectful to try and continue using the retired handles. These members requested this change for a reason and members are asked to use the new handle and not referring to any old handles or perceived old handles

It seems the usual credit hound wants validation and credit despite the fact that aside from importing eggs he also added tariffs to, his efforts thus far haven't been the driver.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...s/84461833007/

Get eggs down to $2.99 national and I'll say thank you.

Why can't MAGA just admit this part ^ ?

The average cost of eggs in May was still 41.5% greater than one year ago, according to the Labor Department's latest Consumer Price Index report. But prices are down from 12.7% since March, when egg prices reached a high of roughly $6.22 per dozen on average.

Do they think nobody will notice the constant lying coming from the Jackass-In-Chief? What's in it for them to constantly lie to themselves? It's astounding. But it doesn't fool anybody who isn't in a cult.

https://www.axios.com/2025/07/07/cdc...se-to-bird-flu

CDC is ending its H5N1 emergency and won't be reporting cases moving forward. USDA will continue to monitor and report.

Things could get interesting this fall if the avian flu in the dairy cow pop leads to a resurgence in flu among the wild bird pop. Certainly won't help the prices of eggs get back to $2.99 a dozen nationally

any admission to fault or same, is an admission that dear leader cannot save and do all that they wish/ want him to do. This is the promises made / kept crew and as long as you wear that RedHat long enough- as a true believer-, no harm can come to Trumpy.

They just cannot concede anything that is completely and total visible to the rest of the world. The "emperor's new clothes" thing comes in close 2nd.

And this is why MAGA is, and must be, labeled a cult. It fits every criteria by definition.

My favorite eggs are now $6.39/dozen. Never paid more than $4.59 under Biden.

This is as crazy as Trump releasing water from California reservoirs to fight wildfires. The man is an idiot.

Get a life.

Egg prices mean shit.

Read an article about the cost of a fresh caught Florida "Grouper" sandwich with fries, available for under 30 dollars.

Locally caught grouper is expensive, because it's expensive with fees, and limited sources.

25 bucks a pound.

Compared to eggs, it's Insanely priced protein.

I have no problem with eggs under 3 bucks a dozen
